Attraction Passes for Vermont State Parks and Vermont State Historic Sites are available at the library. There are a variety of low to no cost passes available to our patrons. Please call or e-mail us to reserve any of the following:
- Hildene: The Lincoln Family Home, Manchester VT
- Echo: Lake Aquarium and Science Center, Burlington VT
- Vermont Historic Sites
- Vermont State Parks,
- Vins: Vermont Institute of Natural Science, Quechee Vt
- The American Precision Museum, Windsor VT
Go outside and play this winter! Through a donation from the Vermont Department of Health, we now have 8 pairs of adult snowshoes (men’s and women’s sizes) and 12 pairs of children’s snowshoes available for lending. If snow shoeing isn’t your thing, we have 5 saucers for sledding. All you need is a library card and the desire to get out and explore!
The following are conditions for the use of the snowshoes:
• Checkout is for 3 days.
• The snowshoes may be checked out by current Pawlet Public Library patrons over the age of 18.
• The snowshoes must be returned inside during library open hours.
• Return the snowshoes clean and dry.
